L’editorial de Souki (Souki’s Editorial): A first look at my styling with singer Madeleine

June 29, 2010

L’editorial de Souki is about one of my favorite disciplines, which is styling. It’s a very good way to express yourself, to play with different styles and get crazy. In this first edition of ”L’Editorial de Souki”, I am styling a upcoming artist and friend named Madeleine.

L’editorial de Souki est consacre a l’une de mes activites favorites; la realisation d’une seance photo en commencant par le choix de la tenue(styling), jusqu’a  la selection du  lieu ou se deroulera la sceance photo.

Madeleine is a professional dancer, singer and writer. She is a real character and there is no doubt  that she is born to shine. Originally, from the multicultural city of Toronto, she came to New York at a very young age to attend the acclaimed Alvin Ailey dance school. Her experience as a professional dancer gave her a desire to make every performance a real entertaining show. But don’t be fooled, Madeleine writes all of her songs also and is a veritable storyteller of the struggles and beauty of life as a New Yorker. She is known as the Canadian girl with American swagg. Look out for her.
